What is Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)?
CAT stands for Cognitive Analytic Therapy. It is an integrated, user-friendly, and effective
therapy. It is a collaborative and tailored program of looking at the way you think, feel, and act
with teh aim of recognising and revising problematic patterns. Full CAT is between 16 and 24

What is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)?
It is a powerful therapy that helps people recover from problems triggered by traumatic events in
their lives. It stops difficult memories from causing so much distress by helping the brain to
reprocess them properly, working with memory to heal the legacy of past pain.
EMDR therapy is best known for treating PTSD but can help with a range of mental health
